Celebrating the essence of life –
ebb, flow and all we take for granted.
Using a variety of pens, nibs, inks, paints, handmade papers etc. I create both contemporary and traditional lettering, a time consuming and technically demanding practice that exudes the care and detail once bestowed upon the written word, now largely lost to technology.
Designing and creating this collection of new work has been an enjoyable challenge.
With little margin for error, my method of working is finely tuned and accurate.I apply contemporary materials using centuries old techniques.
My aim is simply “Beautiful”.
